Mosaic MEP’s manufacturing programme is planned around an Adra production base. The first priority is a focused ventilation business serving our own projects and external contractors.
Cutting, forming, joining and inspection form the planned production core. Additional products are introduced when demand, process capability and quality evidence support them.

Plenums & accessories
Plenums, access doors, equipment connections, supports and bases that complete the air-distribution installation.

Spiral & round systems
Spiral ducts and matched round fittings, with the forming and joining processes qualified for the selected dimensions and applications.
04After product validation
Air-control metalwork
Basic volume-control dampers, backdraft dampers and standard louvers. Published performance depends on evidence for the specific construction.
05Selected project applications
Specialist material fabrication
Selected stainless-steel, aluminium and ordinary black-steel products, subject to approved fabrication methods and application requirements.
06Subsequent development
Elevator metalwork
Selected panels, frames, entrances and associated fabricated components, developed around the approved elevator system and purchased specialist mechanisms.
Fire resistance, smoke-control performance and high-temperature suitability are separate product requirements. They are offered only where the exact product and application have the required supporting evidence.

A complete project package can combine locally fabricated products with specialist equipment. Each quotation identifies the manufacturer and Mosaic MEP’s supply or fabrication responsibility.

The quality plan is developed alongside the production line. Product claims must reflect the construction actually manufactured and the evidence available for it.
Materials & traceability
Material grade, thickness and identification linked to the order. Separate handling and tools where the material requires it.
Dimensions & construction
Checks of geometry, joints, reinforcement, fit and workmanship against the approved specification.
Performance evidence
Strength, leakage or airflow testing where relevant to the product, with clear limits on the scope of any rating.
Release & follow-up
Inspection records, nonconformity correction, delivery identification and follow-up of reported product issues.

Elevator fabrication
Introduced after ventilation production is stable, confirmed orders exist and shared machine capacity is available. Compatibility is reviewed as part of the complete elevator system.
Finishing & coating
External finishing is the initial approach. An internal coating line remains a later decision based on quality, demand and operating readiness.
Cable containment
A separate product family under evaluation, with its own drawings, tooling, material and verification requirements before introduction.
Fire-rated products
A dedicated future development route with product-specific engineering, testing and conformity evidence before commercial release.

The manufacturing model is designed to serve MEP contractors, developers and specialist installers as well as Mosaic MEP’s own project teams.
External customers can discuss a fabrication package independently of a full Mosaic MEP contracting appointment. The quotation defines quantities, specifications, production availability, delivery scope and technical documentation.
